Where is DPARKS from?
DPARKS is designed and manufactured in South Korea! We focus on top-tier craftsmanship, modern aesthetics, and premium materials. Our brand has had a strong presence in Korea for over a decade, and we just launched our cases in the US.
What makes DPARKS cases different from others?

How do the swappable designs work?
Each DPARKS case consists of a base case (Body Frame) and interchangeable design plates (Covers). You can swap the covers in seconds to match your outfit, mood, or style—without changing the entire case.
What phone models are compatible with DPARKS cases?
We currently offer cases for the latest iPhone models, including iPhone 16, 15, 14, and 13. More device options may be available in the future.
Are DPARKS cases protective?
Yes! While designed to be slim and stylish, DPARKS cases provide excellent everyday protection from drops, bumps, and scratches without adding bulk.

Ordering and Shipping
How do I place an order?
Simply visit dparks.co, browse our collection, and add your favorite items to the cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.
Do I need to create an account?
We recommend creating an account to add your favorite designs to My Wishlist, and be notified when an upcoming or sold out product is back in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of purchase. If you need assistance, contact our support team at ask@dparks.co.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: We don't offer international shipping yet. However, it will be available soon in the rest of North America
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our website for deals!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and are working on expanding to international markets soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact us at ask@dparks.co. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at ask@dparks.co. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Your happiness is our joy!
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please contact us first at ask@dparks.co.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Can I return a gift?
If you received the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you could return it for a gift credit. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
